PUTERI was established in 1992 under the name PERSATUAN BEKAS PELAJAR SEKOLAH SERI PUTERI KUALA LUMPUR. Officially registered with the Registrar of Societies on 5th September 2002 under Registration No. PPP/WKL131/01.
